After 15 years in the health and fitness industry Sara decided it was time to do things differently and open her own Exercise Physiology studio and in 2016 Simply Stronger was born. Over the next few years Simply Stronger grew and we moved into our own space in Caulfield North. A place were aerobic, resistance and pilates equipment could all be in the same room, able to swap seamlessly from one to the other. Supporting our clients to move better with many varied approaches available to us able to personalise the exercise prescription to every individual that attends Simply Stronger.
As Simply Stronger and our team of EPs grew the role of our director shifted. The central theme of Sara's career has always been education. As a personal trainer, pilates instructor, exercise physiologist and supervisor and tutor at Federation University educating people has always been key. It was a natural shift to provide those educational skills to the staff she mentors and supports at Simply Stronger.
