Nick Chappel
Nick is passionate about providing high quality exercise prescription, individually tailored to every clients individual needs. The education he provides to clients helps to build their confidence around exercise and help better understand the benefits it can have for them (if the benefits of exercise could be put in a pill, it would be one of the most prescribed medication available).
Nick thoroughly enjoys working with a range of chronic health condition with a special interest in neurological health conditions including Parkinsons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries and Brain Injuries. Prior to completing his Master's Nick was inspired by working in a high-performance setting as a high-performance assistant/strength and conditioning coach for the Eastern Rangers U16 NAB League team. Within the role he supported junior athletes with their pre-game and training warm-ups as well as their ongoing strength and conditioning programs. Outside of Simply Stronger Nick loves all sports - in particular basketball and AFL, having played both throughout his life. He loves playing basketball (2x a week) and getting out playing golf with mates. |
