Aaron believes in a wholistic evidence-based approach to exercise. That promotes a healthy lifestyle and aims to ensure his clients feel empowered and confident in completing daily tasks as well as tasks that may be somewhat challenging. Aaron promotes achievable and sustainable habit building. Allowing regular physical activity to become a part of everyday life, much like eating and walking.
A passion for sport, especially soccer, led Aaron down the road of sports science, where he coached junior soccer and worked in gym environments. Through these experiences Aaron grew to believe he could have the greatest impact in peoples health and wellbeing by becoming an Exercise Physiologist. Since becoming an Exercise Physiologist Aaron has had a wide variety of experiences working with clients throughout all walks of life. He has a particular interest in clients living with cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal conditions.
When not helping people reach their exercise goals at Simply Stronger Aaron enjoys participating in and watching sports with a particular interest in, you guessed it soccer, having played throughout his life.
