Eliza Collins

Eliza is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about empowering her clients to improve their health, function, and overall quality of life. She loves being able to provide a personalised approach of movement and exercise to each and every clients she sees. This approach helps her to design engaging programs to support each person’s unique goals, whether that’s managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or building everyday strength and mobility.

Eliza holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, as well as a Bachelor of Nutrition Science—allowing her to take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Eliza has experience working with a wide range of clients across all ages and abilities, managing various health conditions and injuries. Her background in Pilates, gymnastics, and competitive netball—along with years of coaching—shapes her focus on mobility, posture, core strength, and body awareness in both rehabilitation and prevention.  

Outside of Simply Stronger Eliza enjoys staying active with Pilates and netball, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends and family.
