Who is the balance class for? The Balance class is for anyone who wants to improve their stability and prevent falls. Whether you're recovering from an injury or wanting to maintain your balance, this class is tailored to support all of your balance needs. What's involved? Simply Balance includes physical exercise as well as education along the way to ultimately improve you balance. Weekly group sessions Join our group sessions once a week. Each session is designed to progressively improve your balance and coordination. Integrated education Learn about the importance of balance techniques to prevent falls, and ways to incorporate these strategies into your daily life. |

Meet Tom
Tom is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and an enthusiast for balance and stability training. With extensive experience in helping clients enhance their physical performance and prevent falls, Tom is dedicated to improve the overall well-being of his clients. "Improving your balance is the key to staying safe and independent. Our balance class uses proven methods to help you get stronger and more confident in your movements. I'm excited to bring this program to our community and support everyone in achieving better stability in their everyday lives." |
