Private Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiology sessions will start with a one on one initial consultation, during which we will discuss your reasons for attending the session, medical history, current and previous physical activity levels and your goals for the exercise program. With this information we can decide what kind of exercise program will best suit you.

This may involve a program you complete independently at your home, local gym or pool. We will develop the program with your input, show you through each exercise and provide you with a detailed program for you to follow that is downloadable from your personal members page.

​Alternatively you may prefer to complete your exercise program under our guidance and supervision. These one on one sessions provide us with the opportunity to tailor each and every session to your daily requirements.
