What is Exercise Physiology?
Exercise physiology is the prescription of exercise to assist an individual to improve their level of function. It can be applied to a multitude of clientele from the general population with postural deficiencies to those living with chronic disease. This prescription may involve a mix of exercise modalities such as aerobic and resistance training, hydrotherapy and pilates exercises.

Simply Stronger was created as a place where clients could build on their understanding of the purpose of exercise to support their bodies, in a relaxed and professional environment. Beginning with a strong and stable base, each exercise program is personalised to support our clients in understanding the power that exercise can have. This power can; improve their functionality, their movement, their posture, it can aid in reducing their pain, in surviving treatments that could save their life, like chemotherapy.
At Simply Stronger, we pride ourselves on being experts in exercise prescription. We take the time to work with our clients, to build our understanding of their goals and needs and help them achieve this. The education we provide our clients is equally as important as the exercise programs they receive. We believe that if the client understands the reason/s behind the advice that we provide, they will have a greater success in achieving the goals they set for themselves.
As passionate exercise physiology professionals, we support our employees in their professional development, both in house and externally. Helping them to grow as exercise professionals while giving them the freedom to work independently. As a socially conscious business, we work with our community to ensure everyone leaves our studio empowered by their experience, filled with the knowledge required for a happier, healthier life.

"I have known Sara for many years through my husband and been a client of for several years. My health and well being aims revolve around feeling good about myself and ageing well – hopefully to be able to meet the physical challenges that age does present to one. "Just over a year ago I was suffering with severe sciatica down my right leg and into my foot. I had already obtained a couple of orthopaedic surgeon's opinions and was on the verge of opting for lower back surgery. Then a college of mine put me in touch with Sara from Simply Stronger!
